This "Opon IFA" or divination tray is a tool used by IFA Priests to DAFA, prepare traditional medicines and perform specific rituals. This particular Opon IFA is approximately 15 1/2” diameter. It has been hand carved and stained by traditional wood carvers, out of Iroko wood. It bears the images of Eshu, 1 fancy gourd, 2 ide, 2 kolanuts, 6 orogbo, and other geometric designs. This piece was imported from Nigeria.
