This small "Opon IFA" is a tool used by IFA Priests to prepare traditional medicines and perform specific rituals. This particular Opon IFA measures approx. 7.5" to 8" in diameter. It has been hand carved by traditional wood carvers, out of Iroko wood. It is "rough hewn and barely sanded". It bears various geometric patterns and designs. This piece was imported from Nigeria.
